Amazing Company! They have done wonders to help my family. The VA program they work with is great option that I have found most places do not offer. The direct care staff is amazing to work with! I love being able to call and Claudia be available to answer any questions I have! Andrea and Cathy are always available to help as well! Audra and Kerry really seem to know how to run a great division! Thank you all for all your hard work! You are appreciated!!!!

Alliance was to contact me to schedule a home assesment with my 84 year old mother for rehab and fall hazards on referral from Lovelace hospital. 3 days after the referral I received a phone call from a man saying he wanted to come today to start therapy. This was at 11a.m. I said aren't you supposed to do an assessment first? The caller then was given mid conversation to a woman who said she would need to come today. I couldn't understand what she meant because there was a radio playing and people talking in the background. But the parts I did hear were rude and very unprofessional. I hung up because the woman had her own agenda and had no idea about the original assessment. About 20 minutes later another phone call from a different woman wanting to schedule an assessment per the original Lovelace ORDERS. I explained to her I had no intention of letting people who acted that totally confused come into my house on the very day they called . This place is unorganized and I wouldn't let them take care of my dog let alone my mother. I agree with the multiple bad reviews and am glad I wasn't another victim of the sweet talking. I also informed Lovelace.

I chose Alliance Home Health Care & Hospice for my mother since I am employed there. Caregiving Services and when the time came, Hospice. All the staff were outstanding. I have recommended them over and over again. They were available at all hours, gave me very good advise and really helped my family with this very difficult situation. I consider myself blessed that I chose this for my family. The people were not only professional but were wonderful people in general. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs compassionate professionals.

I have been debating on placing a review, but decided I should to prevent other family members from having to go through the poor end of life care given. I would NOT recommend this hospice service in the Gallup, NM area. There was a complaint regarding the hospice nurse, never received a response from the main office. Chaplain service was great, otherwise, disappointing organization. I was even recommended to change hospice services when confronting the hospice nurse of poor services. What organization tells or recommends family members of a dying patient to change hospice services?? Many times, thought it was unprofessional attitude of the hospice nurse.

Our family just had the most awful experience with ABQ Alliance Hospice. They told us over and over that they would be there for us in our hour of need. They are great at turning on the charm and saying all the right words. But our experience was that when we needed them in the final hours of our loved one life they were no where to be found. I can not give them a low enough rating. Please if your family needs hospice use someone else.
