Just wanted to praise one of your employees. Her name is Vickie (not sure what last name). She takes care of my mom Ethel Stephens she has dementia and she fell about a month ago broke her arm. With the stage of dementia there wasn't anything they can do. So she came home with Hospice. I meet Vickie for the first time on Friday. The way she takes care of my mom is great.My sister and I had a lot of questions and concerns about the hospice care we were receiving. She called peopleo try and get us answers. Which most of them she answered. It takes special people to do what you all do. You can tell she really loves her job and the patients she takes care of. Thank you from the Stephens family. Vickie works at the Allcare in Hixson Tn
