Care providers were excellent, but billing and administration deserves ZERO STARS. Staff repeatedly assured us that they were in touch with my elderly mother's long-term care program, that the paperwork would be completed, and that she needed to do nothing more. Now, nearly six months later they are harassing her with phone calls demanding payment of more than $3000 because they failed to adequately complete their duties interfacing with my mother's long-term care plan. This business is unscrupulous, because they lied to my elderly mother for months, and now they are demanding she pay the bills. My mother is ill and they are stressing her out, but they don't care about anything but money. I hope they enjoy the $3000 they effectively stole from my sick, elderly mother, because I intend to cost them 10X that amount by telling the truth about their business to others. Don't be another victim of this company!!
