All Ways Caring, formerly RESCARE does not provide the services it is contracted to perform. I have gone WITHOUT SERVICES for months at a time. (before COVID) People are not trained on simple things like making beds or folding clothes. When All Ways (UNCARING ) has not responded to my calls I have called the Fulton County Commissioner's Office to plead for help. Phone calls to Senior Services go unanswered. I hope there are other companies that will bid for this contract. WHERE ARE THE AUDITORS?

My husband have been receiving (sorry, to decsribe it correctly, not receiving care from All Ways Caring agancy since July 2020). Previously he had a caregiver from a different agency who was with us for 4 years. She was always on time, never missed a day, was able to finish everything that needed to be done, even made corn bread for my husband when he wanted it. In July 2020, she stopped coming because ALL Ways Caring got the contract. First, they kept my husband for 1 month without a CNA. He had me to take care of him. What about others, who did not have anybody to take care of? They were without a caregiver for 1 month. People they sent are extremely unprofessional. Talking to All Ways Caring office is always very stressfull. They argue with you and even call "demanding" when all you expect from people to do their job. They did not call to let us know that my husband's CNA is not coming on several occasions. I would not recommend All Ways Caring Agency to anybody.

If you want to do all the Administrative work to get your loved ones the care they deserve, this is the place to do it. They want to talk over you and argue with you because they cannot be bothered to check on the status of the care your loved one deserves. Yvonne is the worst!
