Good afternoon Mr Art,<br><br>It’s Mireille Taar, of Irvine, California.<br><br>Well, we are winding down the home health program and just wanted to say Thank you.<br><br>Despite all the hard work and back and forth at times, we made it through, and I was very happy in the end, with the staff assisting me —<br><br>Brenda, the nurse aide was always wonderful, very kind, patient and unhurried. Focused yet light and unimposing<br><br>The nurse, Shakhnoza, was excellent, available, and indeed very helpful<br><br>After a couple of physical therapy attempts, Son finally came in and was very helpful. I appreciated him a lot, he had a vision and a plan, stuck to it, yet was flexible, and was always ready for alterations or growth techniques<br><br>It was a hard job to get what was exactly needed at times, for a while. I suggest a senior patient with no family support should not have to work so hard, and should have the help available they require without this expansive use of energy while attempting to heal using the little energy they have all the while!<br><br>But in the end it worked out, and I leave with a feeling that what was necessary was accomplished.
