My wife had knee replacement. She was addmited there on<br>Saturday May 2nd 2026 arround 7: PM She was not able to move by her self, She need to go to washroom, She push button for<br>assintent, no body come to help her until 45 minutes.She was there for her knee therapy, Monday some one came did her speech therapy, which is not related to her knee. Monday evening 8:15 PM some body come and make her some walk.<br>After surgery, Surgeon gave her leg support for walking. Surgeon instruct her use support only for walking. Sunday night she need to use washroom, halper came after 25 minutes help her to wear leg support, after finsh she came back by her bed, Male halper help her get in to bed, then he was going away, She ask him take off leg support, than he said no need to take off, my wife says please take off, can sleep with leg support, than he said keep it on because at night if you have to use washroom again no need puton again, my wife explain him that she not suppose to sleep with leg support, than he took off.<br>Tuesday May 5th some call us and ask what kind of complains.<br>I was on the phone, ask about therapy, she said that therapist on Aliya Palatine location is on vacation, some come at evening time.MY wife decide to go home. May 6th 2026 in morning manager came<br>said will try to do better but therapist will will come only one time. We left that disaster, ugly, even durty place.<br>My name is Babarbhai Patel

My mom was admitted here after knee surgery, and unfortunately, it’s been one of the worst experiences. She received very little attention, and even simple requests were constantly passed from one staff member to another without resolution.<br><br>I personally called and left multiple messages trying to ensure she received her pain medication and therapy, and no one ever responded. It was incredibly frustrating and concerning, especially when you expect a rehab center to provide attentive and coordinated care for elderly.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility.
