If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is horrible, charge nurse is never around. The office administration is never involved. Residents are always in bed. The food is always served late and sometimes unedible. Hole in the wall facility that needs to be clraned up top to bottom.

These are the most caring, outstanding human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure to know and be treated by. If you ever have to go to a rehab place like this, I sure hope the heck you get to know these wonderful human beings. I miss them all.
