Visiting angels plays a huge roll in making sure my mom gets the care she needs. The team at visiting angels is amazing key communicative and is constantly suggesting ideas and solutions to help tailor the service they provide and also how I can adjust things to get my mom everything she needs. I’d absolutely recommend Visiting Angels to anyone needing a little help providing care to a loved one.

When my dad's dementia and physical health suddenly worsened, we were scrambling around to find a way to keep him at home. After a month of pure panic, we found Visiting Angels. Their name says it all. Dad is a stubborn, independent old guy, and was very resistant to having caregivers in his home. The Visiting Angels staff brainstormed some approaches that can help dementia patients accept help, and (much to my surprise and delight) he was soon expressing his gratitude and happiness to have help. I cannot say enough about the quality of his caregivers! They have been wonderful... experienced, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and great communicators. Working with the agency and his caregivers has freed me from the constant worry and anxiety about his health and safety. I'm an experienced nurse and have worked with the elderly for decades, but it's different when it's family. I have appreciated and relied upon their guidance, their suggestions, and their ideas about his care. What has impressed me the most, however, has been the genuine affection they have demonstrated... helping him communicate with friends and family, helping him celebrate holidays, getting him interested in living again. Without Visiting Angels, my dad would never have been able to remain in his own home for the past few years. I cannot praise them highly enough.

I give Visiting Angles five stars all the way. I found them online and phoned them from the East Coast. I needed to find someone to help my father when he got out of hospital the same day. They are so professional. I spoke with a Ellen first. I knew from the second she said hello I had the right place. Linda was the care manager and met my father the next morning and he felt taken care from day one. The gal that took care of my Dad, Hannah, was great and he would welcome her back anytime. Thanks for taking such good care of my father!
