The level of care and professionalism at this facility must improve. Nursing staff and CNAs play a critical role in patient care, yet there are ongoing concerns regarding rude behavior, lack of attentiveness, and poor communication. I repeat "rude" because the issue is that significant. Patients are often left waiting an unreasonable amount of time before receiving assistance or being checked on. In many cases, staff members do not appear to know why a patient is admitted or what care they require. Food is delivered carelessly, and there seems to be a lack of consistent oversight from administration. While there are certainly some outstanding employees who genuinely care about patients, the facility as a whole must do a better job holding staff accountable and ensuring they perform their duties professionally and compassionately. The concerns have become so widespread that some families have discussed installing cameras in patient rooms simply to stay informed about their loved one's care. While that may seem like a drastic measure, it reflects the level of frustration and lack of confidence many families are experiencing. Additionally, staff members stationed at the nurses' desk should be more approachable and responsive. A friendly attitude, willingness to assist those who are struggling, and prompt acknowledgment of patients and family members seeking help should be standard expectations. At this point, I am actively seeking corporate and regulatory contacts to report these concerns. I sincerely hope the facility takes immediate action to address these issues—not only for current patients, but for their families who trust this organization to provide safe, respectful, and attentive care.
