They’ve been absolutely amazing to my dad and to all of us. We know every person who works there.They truly feel like family. The whole place is lively and welcoming; you always see residents out and about, talking, laughing, and enjoying life.<br><br>It’s been such a gift to finally spend real, quality time with my dad and his friends there. My kids even ask to go visit and “eat at Grandpa’s place” and play games with him!<br><br>Alden Gardens has brought so much joy and peace of mind to our family, and we’re so grateful for the care and community they provide every single day.

AGOW has been nothing but an immense blessing for our family. My parents have lived there for over a year now, and it's been simply perfect for their - and our - needs. From the admission and move in staffs to the nurses and CNAs to the activities, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance staffs and every single person in between, everyone who works there has been so kind, caring, supportive, responsive, and professional in addition to extremely hard-working and dedicated. The building is very spacious and easy-to-navigate with excellent outdoor areas (including awesome screened-in porches on each level); its ongoing renovations have raised an already-nice building to modern and gorgeous. Activity options and dining are varied and impressive. Residents are friendly, involved, and welcoming. Every time we visit we are awash with gratitude and awe for this wonderful opportunity for our loved ones. Truly one of the very best - if not The Best -around!

My father stayed with Alden until the end of his life, we have nothing but positive things to say about the building and its staff. The staff here truly cared about taking care of him, especially the CNAs and Nurses. The food at this building is amazing and plated well, we loved to stay for dinner with him. Thank you!

Our father has been there for about 2 1/2 years and I would highly recommend the facility. Everyone is so caring and we have made life long friends with staff and residents. They have a variety of activities planned for all residents. The food is very good. Our family is so happy that my Dad gets to stay there.

Our parents have lived at Alden Gardens of Waterford for over a year now and they couldn't be happier. The activities and services that they provide are exceptional. Our parents rave over how well they are treated and how much they love it here. We are forever grateful for the service and care they provide to our parents and to us. Bobbi is extremely responsive, answering all of our questions, touring the facility with us and helping our parents to feel comfortable. Anna, the office manager, knows the tenants by name, checks in with them and always makes herself available for the needs of everyone in the building. Time and time again, we have witnessed the nursing staff care for individuals and our parents as if they were part of their own family. The staff is exceptional at this facility and we feel very lucky to have such great care for our family. We highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking and are so glad we chose Alden as our parents move through the next stages of their life.
