Alden Courts at Waterford earned the ratings you see. My mom transferred here from a private pay facility and the care at Alden is far superior. The staff is outstanding and communication with family is great. I am so happy I found this place.

The nurses, staff and administration at Alden Courts of Waterford are top notch. As my father's Power of Attorney, I learned many things and they assisted me as best they could through the process. Brandi, Dee, Christine, Susan and so many others we had interactions with, won over the hearts of our family and my dad. They worked diligently to make my father's stay with them as comfortable as possible. Sometimes life is hard and it's good to know the folks here will try to assist whenever they can. Thanks for taking care of dad for nearly 4 months. We appreciate you all!
