The staff very laxy daisy....instead of putting in an order for a light to be fixed over my son's bed the nurse said she will do it in the morning. They changed his room and did not update the front desk, meanwhile I walked into the wrong room and had to search for my son. I informed the nurse his last name is incorrect and his lunch form has the wrong room and she said it was updated in the system.

My husband was in Alaris for three weeks. The experience there was not a good one. I would only give it one star. 10 days without a light above his bed and a roommate that refused to open the blinds and kept the room as dark as night my husband sometimes did not know whether it was night or day. He had a leak in the ceiling when I got there his bed was moved to the side and it was still dripping on him he was laying in wet sheets. and the sheet on top of him was wet, and he was freezing. When I went to check to see if they knew and told him my husband is soaking wet in his bed. She said we know we called maintenance .24 hours without a toilet it was clogged could not use it .t”The nursing staff And the PT were for the most part very good but other than that, I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

My loved one was admitted to Alaris Health at Belgrove for rehab, and our experience was truly excellent. The therapy department was phenomenal — compassionate, knowledgeable, and fully committed to helping patients reach their goals. The therapists took the time to create a personalized plan and were encouraging every step of the way. The nursing and support staff were also wonderful — attentive, patient, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates. The facility was clean and well maintained, and we always felt my loved one was in caring and capable hands. We’re deeply grateful for the progress made and for the kindness shown throughout the stay. I highly recommend Alaris Health at Belgrove to anyone seeking quality rehab and genuine care for their loved ones.

My family and I had such a positive experience with Alaris Health at Belgrove. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The nurses and aides are attentive, patient, and truly compassionate. You can tell they take pride in treating residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere feels warm and comfortable instead of clinical. Communication with the team was always clear, and they kept us updated every step of the way. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such capable hands. I would absolutely recommend Belgrove to anyone looking for quality care for their family.
