How disappointing! I was on the chat and from there guided to call the facility this morning after saying I’ve left two messages and never had a return call. The young lady that finally answered Letesa who identified herself as management was less than friendly. It’s so sad that that’s the first impression that your facility gives. I desperately need to move my brother from an AHC facility in Savannah to the Memphis area to be closer so that we can give and get him better care. I was hopeful because this was an AHC affiliate. I used Bright Glade many years ago for an aunt. I’m not sure I even want to keep the appointment that’s been made for Monday. It was so uncomfortable and awkward to challenge her attitude, the world is so difficult to get good care for our senior adults so sad
