My mom moved into The Palms memory care two years ago. Everything started off great. Over the past year or so, things have really gone downhill. I am now concerned for her safety. I have tried to reach the Executive Director in person, via phone and via the Memory Director for months, but he won’t speak to me or return my calls.

The Palms at Plantation is always clean and welcoming. The staff takes excellent care of the residents that live there. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality assisted living or memory care.

Staff is nice. Make sure you put your loved one's name on EVERTHING they get washed. My mother’s towles are not all the ones I brought her. Her wash clothes and some bras went missing. She has clothes I have never seen before, now.<br>My mom has multiple sets of bedding, but I don't think they talk to each other, because I have told 2 people she has extra bedding in her cedar chest, but she had her Christmas sheets on for months.(They got washed, they just didn't get changed.)

I visited the Palms and was really impress with the place, is beautiful and staff is very well mannered , is like walking into a 5 stars hotel .Residents are happy and well taken care of.
