Ice maker in refrigerator stop working. Put in requestg to maintenance team Monday morning. On Tuesday morning, team member showed up, replace the faulty water valve. It's working perfectly.

Our maintenance team always responds to my requests immediately even when I tell them it’s not urgent! They are personable, get right to work and leave the apartment the same as they found it. I feel very well taken care of!

I attend The Guided Fitness classes; yoga sculpt and group strength and mobility. They provide an opportunity to get toned with the benefits of a yoga workout. I also like the music that’s played during class. The instructors, Nicole and Oraima are always very positive and in tune with the needs of the residence. I highly recommend Guided Fitness classes.

We've been here two years and we love it. We love Eileen. She's very caring and loving maintenance team is always here to our apartment quickly and the residence are wonderful caring and help each other all the time. Also it's like living at a resort. They have so many amenities that we don't even use That often but they're here if we want them and many many activities can't ask for other than that.

I moved to Affinity at Tavolo Park (formerly Solea) in June 2024 from out of state to be closer to my son and his family. This was a wonderful transition step for me. The location is very convenient in so many ways, close to everything. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of residents who had made the same type of relocation move from a variety of different states. In addition to some social events, there is a very committed resident group that seems to work tirelessly to offer fun filled activity calendar for the residents. Fitness classes, especially the chair yoga, has been a highlight for me. Eileen and Patty are the management "hosts" for the complex and are very caring with the residents. My infrequent maintenance issues for the most part were responded to promptly by Julio and Jesus. I recommend checking out Affinity at Tavolo Park.
