The TEAM (yes all of them), here at Affinity aim to please the residents here. We have been here several years through good and great times, and are community is special to those who treat it as such. Could i find negativity, sure. Is it bad enough to outweigh all the good, not even close. Consider how close we are to everything related to daily life and its a perfect location. BobH

Maintenance was notified that our A/C was not working. We had to leave for 3 or 4 hours. When we returned our apartment was nice and cool again. Thanks for the quick response!

Marylyn and Kayla made our move in easy. We chose Affinity at Cedar Park for the great location, superb floor plan with so many closets, and plethora of activities. The residents are friendly and welcoming to us as newbies. This is a wonderful facility, so inviting and well maintained. A lot of our neighbors have been here multiple years. Obviously the long term folks like it here. We’re looking forward to becoming active participants in this Affinity community and being a long term resident too.

Marylyn has been our GO-TO person for our entire experience: from the very first time our daughter found this place and toured it all through answering our questions, keeping us informed of availability, helping us with the application, lease signing, move-in and portal access processes, inviting us to community events and introducing us to residents and staff. Marylyn even sat with us to help us log in successfully to our portal accounts when we were having some trouble. Carin was instrumental in showing our daughter units that were possible candidates in our timeframe and was so helpful to keep our daughter posted so that we were able to get the unit that perfectly fit our needs. And she clearly explained the amenities, fees, concessions, incentives & ballpark utilities that enabled us to compare to our budget. Kayla started her post here at the same time we committed to a lease and she has been quick to learn the processes and is very helpful in sharing the workload with Marylyn & Carin to answer us quickly every time we have a need. Also we would like to thank Manny & the maintenance folks for doing such a wonderful job of getting our apartment ready and looking like new on time for our move-in. We had some questions prior to move-in where we needed to see some things so he took pictures for Kayla to send us. We also had one maintenance request shortly after move-in and he got it done within 1 hour of us submitting the request! All the staff here at Affinity Cedar Park has shown a true commitment to service with an important element of kindness and compassion. This move in our senior years is no small feat; it is physically and emotionally exhausting. We truly appreciate the care they have shown to make this transition so smooth for us. We also appreciate how supportive the staff is of all the resident activities that make this place so special - strong and frequent community & personal connection with other seniors is immensely important to a successful transition. We are very thankful to now be a part of this wonderful new "extended family."

This community is full of the friendliest folks you’ve ever met. So many wonderful activities, fun events & daily exercise classes. Three times a month or more there is a special event with catered food, and three times a week there is a late afternoon happy hour.
