Worst experience ever. Needed to get set up with a CPAP. Talked to AI which didn't listen, just to get transferred to another person who said he had to transfer me to another person. Advocate hire real people to answer the phone. I'll just hold my breath for the next month and get set up through Northwestern.

Linda the answering receptionist for the oxygen tank and supply is extremely rude. I have never been HUNG UP on multiple times when trying to order replacement oxygen for someone who has COPD, emphysema & lung cancer. She is a downfall to this company and has serious regulatory issues within herself. No professionalism. I have a video of her asking the ill patient “why they keep calling so much for oxygen” when they are on over 10 LT high flow. With there being so many suppliers this behavior is surprising to me. Not only did she hang up but now she answers and ends call immediately so I’m unable to order the patient tanks of oxygen. This company is a SUPPLIER! Unheard of & should be considered criminal to an extent

I had the opportunity of having PT, OT and skilled nurse come to my home and provide services. Each person was wonderful. This is the second time I needed services and I certainly would use them again.

Advocate Home Health is a pathetic service. Long delays, don't answer their phone (even after being on hold for 30 mins), gave incorrect information that caused medical errors and complications. Stay far away from these incompetents.
