The phlebotomist is the best. She's been so great to find the right vein with little pain for lab works She has an exceptional job . She's been so expert for her job Thank you for having her I've missed her name but she's been the permanent outpatient Phlebotomist for a while now in that spot.Keep up the excellent job you do

During my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with one of the nurses. After checking in, I was the only patient waiting to be called back. The nurse came out, picked up my paperwork from the reception desk, but instead of bringing me back, she stopped to have a conversation with the security guard. The conversation continued for several minutes while I remained waiting. What made this especially frustrating was that I was in pain and visibly waiting to be seen. I felt ignored and as though my time and discomfort were not being taken seriously. Healthcare staff are often busy, and I understand that, but I believe patients should be treated with compassion, professionalism, and urgency, especially when they are experiencing pain. I wanted to share this experience because I hope it can be used as an opportunity to improve patient care and communication. The rest of my visit was fine, but this initial interaction left a negative impression.

The out patient care at this hospital is incredible! Every staff member worked hard to care for every patient. The sweet girl at the registration desk remembered my name from two weeks earlier and made registering fast and easy. I came in for surgery on March 31st and have never had such kind service! The nurses were fast, efficient, attentive and caring. The anticipated my every need, keeping me updated and comfortable. The anesthesiologist did an outstanding job. I came out with no nausea and alert. Dr. Sri is an incredible surgeon! My knee is doing very well and I have very little pain and swelling. The hospital is very clean and easy to get in and out fast. I highly recommend this place!

Most of my experience was fine, I went in for my glucose test and my anatomy scan the same day. The nurses at the front desk were nice and so were the nurses who did my blood work and other than the slight wait it went smoothly. But the nurse who did my anatomy scan was pushy/mean. I was on time for my anatomy scan appointment but I still had to wait 15+ minutes and sign multiple papers while trying not to wet myself from the 30oz of water they said I needed to drink an hour before. she didn’t let my fiancé in the room or me to see anything till she was done with her measurements. I understand that for the most part because they can’t let us think anything is wrong. then she gave me a mean face when I told her I was having trouble holding in all the water they made me drink and was having to take deep breaths because it hurt so much to hold it.Then another face when she had to show me to the restroom before she was completely done with measuring. Then when she finally let my fiancé come into the room after I asked twice, she gave him attitude when she went to go get him by saying “I guess you can come back now”. she only let us see only babies face and the hand he had by his face at the time. We got to listen to his heart beat for like 5 seconds and then she went looking for his privates even after I said we knew it was a boy already. The whole time she didn’t even bother closing the door just the curtain so while she did all of it we heard her coworkers laughing and talking the whole time. She made it a point to say we couldn’t film because we’d be getting pictures at the end so I was hoping for more pictures that showed how he’s growing, but all I got was a flash drive with 6 pictures of just my baby’s face. Literally just his face. Not even a picture of the hand he was using to hide just his looking right at the camera. If this is how these scans go usually at this hospital I wish I had been able to get it done somewhere else.
