I would highly recommend Advanced Home Health & Hospice to anyone seeking professionalism, efficiency, quality, care, and responsiveness in administering care for a loved one. This company p this company provides the knowledge and customer service skills to instill confidence in the management of a loved one’s care. I live out of state, trying to help manage a loved one’s healthcare after being released from the hospital. The staff made my efforts efficient and seamless. Dealing with Jenny and Jaron was an exceptional experience.

Amazing is all I can say. My mom is very picky about who comes into her home. Shirley and Jenny were both amazing, helpful, and encouraging. Not only to my mom but our family as well. We would’ve been lost without them.

Based on what I experienced during my father’s demise, I would never want these people taking care of me in my last days. And I would never want my family to have to beg to be informed of their loved one’s condition. April was especially condescending. All of the family felt that. I’m glad my dad is in peace. It will take me some time to heal from what was avoidable. Not very professional.

Advanced Home Care and Hospice of North Idaho has taken care of my mother both through rehab at their facility and now at home with hospice care. They are kind, thorough and caring. I know that my mom is in the best hands with these professionals. Thank you Dr. Meza, Jaelynn, Tiffinay and April for all that you have done for my family.

The only reason I have them 1 stars is because Angie was amazing to Dad the last day of his life. Just a little advice though, you really shouldn't give the death notice in a text message! They should not have nurses that are so unhinged that they hang up on family that are about to lose their loved ones! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Go with Elite if you're in Lewiston!
