The facility is much nicer than others we visited. Each patient has a private room. I was particularly happy with Scott and Shaunte taking care of my mother.

At Advanced Health Care I was subjected to entirely arbitrary fluid restrictions by their doctor. When I tried to appeal to their doctor I was not listened to. As a result of the fluid restrictions and simply awful food I lost a significant amount of weight. At Sutter Roseville Medical Center, the 2nd rehab facility I resided in and the assisted living facility I currently live at I was never subjected to fluid restrictions! On 7/10/26 I received an completely unwanted phone call from the administrator of this dump of a facility! That's the reason for the 1-star rating. Case closed forever. 🤮

I highly recommend this health care facility, amazing caring loving staff . The entire place is clean and very welcoming. I spoke to Yolanda De La Rosa on the phone she immediately invited me to take a look at the facility. As I walked in I felt the good vibes, peaceful and quite cozy atmosphere friendly smiling faces. Yolanda is very professional and knowledgeable she answered all my questions. And when my mom was admitted she made it a point to introduce herself to my mom and made her feel welcomed and to let her know if she needed anything to let her know. After knowing that I knew No doubt in my mind my mother would be in great hands and feel at home here. When I went to visit my mom. I kinda wanted to trade places w/ my mom lol.
