My Brother has stayed for 3 weeks this time and 2 weeks before 7/10/2025. This facility is exceelnt and all employees and care givers are professioanl and very helpful. Please do not go anywhere else. This facility is very clean and staff is very eager to help you 24 / 7.

Everything from the intake to the discharge process was handled with clarity and professionalism. They did an excellent job managing his extremely complex medications. The facility was beautiful with high ceilings and large private rooms. The food was very good. The physical therapy was excellent. I especially appreciated that they were able to provide continuity of care when my father’s next step was out of state.

I feel so incredibly blessed to have gotten to stay here for a bit for my wound care. After almost 2 years, I am finally healing up. I'm so grateful to the amazing staff and on call wound Doctor who have helped me heal. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you all!!!

Our family had a wonderful experience with Advanced Health Care of Nashville while they cared for my mother. The level of compassion and attention she received truly went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. The nurses, techs, physical therapist, doctors and everyone we came in contact with treated her with such kindness and respect, and it meant so much to our family during a difficult time. The facility itself was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming . I can't stay enough good things about our experience and care they provided- we are incredibly grateful.
