Advanced Healthcare – Henderson has an amazing team. From the very beginning, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made a stressful time feel much more manageable for our family. Special shout-out to their case manager, Joy—she was a steady source of support throughout the entire process and helped make my husband’s transition from rehab to placement smooth and organized. Joy communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and was always responsive when we had questions or needed guidance. Her compassion, professionalism, and follow-through truly made a difference. We’re very grateful for the care and support we received, and I highly recommend Advanced Healthcare – Henderson to anyone needing skilled care and help with transitions.

My husband was transferred there last night. This was his second time there. My family and I were beyond thrilled that there was a bed available for him. This is the only facility we wanted him to go to. Besides its lovely surroundings, all the staff was so friendly and helpful. Some even remembered him and welcomed him back I need to give a special shout to Ms Daerleth Gonzalez. We were worried we might have an issue with our insurance. She knew that I was anxious about our coverage. After making some phone calls she assured us all was covered I would recommend Advanced Health to anyone that needs a skilled nursing facility

My husband was at AHC on Cactus. He was there for 13 days. Never did I ever walk in to visit my husband that everyone I saw smiled and said hello. Friends and family that visited commented how clean and there was no urine smell. I must mention Mary. She would update me on how he was doing and wanted to know what she could do for me. I wish I could remember the names of all the nurses and CNAs so I could mention them here. It’s a bright and beautifully decorated building. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband.
