Save yourselves the trouble! We had a very bad experience with this agency. Poor communication & service. They were always a step behind (we were told they'd call us but we had to call them repeatedly to get anywhere). Staff completely missed appointments with no communication. We couldn't resolve that because no one would answer at the office nor return calls (for days). When we finally reached our nurse (who was also our care coordinator apparently?), she was defensive & would change the subject to other issues she felt were our fault (they were not, just more excuses & obfuscation). Must not be a great workplace. Bottom line, this agency will provide more hassle than care. Save yourselves the trouble & find some real help for your loved one.

I have used many Home Health agencies for may grandmother, in the past. This is the best Home Health angency we found, thank the Lord! I Love the service they provide to my grandmother, always on time, and they all go out of their way for her. Advance Home Health is a blessing from God.
