OMNI is Great. They set me up promptly with home visits, communicated well, answered their phones real time and the documentation was good. Best of all, "MICHELE" is my Physical Therapist and she is OUTSTANDING. I am 70, pain 24/7 for 25 years, seen many PT pros and chiropractors and Dr's etc and they say I am a textbook case of multiple problems caused by my Spine (3 major surgeries). Michele is by far the best and I look forward to my PT visits. I just wish I can get more visits by Michele. She has a Doctorate and knows her stuff and is friendly and easy to talk too. My mom, at 87, had knee replacement surgery. She needed at home physical therapy and at home nurse visits. The nurse and physical therapist were PHENOMENAL! They were both supportive, compassionate, pleasant and very patient. We could not be more satisfied with the care the OMNI Home Care folks provided. I would highly recommend their services!
