About Adoration Home Health

Adoration Home Health is a home health and hospice provider serving Rome, Georgia. The service comes to patients' homes rather than requiring facility visits, offering care support during recovery and end-of-life transitions.

Families report notably mixed experiences. Several praised the compassion and attentiveness of caregivers, with one describing staff as "kind and patient" during a months-long stroke recovery, and another highlighting quick emergency response. However, other families encountered significant delays in initial contact and coordination after hospital discharge, and reported concerns about the quality of care delivery and follow-up visits.

Adoration Home Health holds a 3.9 out of 5 star rating based on 9 Google reviews. The variability in feedback suggests experiences may depend heavily on which caregivers are assigned and how well the initial care coordination is managed.

My mother in law was discharged from Atrium Floyd on a Wednesday. We were told that we would be contacted the following day. We never heard anything. We call on a Friday (as we knew it was the weekend) and was told that it we should be receiving a call and visit over the weekend or possibly in to Monday. We called on Monday and was told that a nurse would be out on Tuesday. We ended up having to take her back to the hospital on Monday evening. She was readmitted for a few days and sent home on Thursday. Back to waiting for you all. A nurse was sent on Friday. His name was Richard. Richard was not very cordial during the visit. No "bedside" manners, etc. Richard told us that we needed to expect a call on Monday regarding physical therapy. Guess what...NO CALL on Monday. We called early Tuesday afternoon and was told that they didn't see anything documented regarding therapy. Needless to say...we have now FIRED Floyd Home Care and have established with another agency!

We used Floyd Home Health Care for 3 1/2 months while my husband recovered from a stroke and 2 heart attacks. Every care giver who entered our home was kind and patient. Each one seemed interested in meeting our needs and did their best to do so. At this time, he has been totally discharged from the program, but the services offered were totally worth the time and energy it took to schedule each visit!

My husband started using them after his surgery and they were not great! The first lady that came out didn't do the job correctly so someone else came out the next day to fix it but they fixed it like my 6 year old did it. We are stuck with them until my husband is well but very unhappily..would not recommend them to anyone else.
