I have lived in Admirals Tower Co-op for just one year. All of my neighbors have welcomed me and my dog with friendship. Our building has been under major renovations. We've had new kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed, new heating units and more. Admirals Hill in Chelsea is a fabulous place to live.

I wish I could still comment without putting my rating for this place. But this is by far the worst place to stay in around the area I RECOMMEND ANYONE WHOSE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT PLEASE”I REPEAT”PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR ONE. The property manager is super unprofessional & rude I called about a gas leak in my apartment “that I could’ve died from basely” they didn’t sound concern at all & they didn’t sent help until a few hours later, instead of getting someone there ASAP especially for a situation like that. And the residents that stay there are unfriendly, rude and lastly they keep the inside of the building very dirty

Horrible place to live, it’s filled with disrespectful, rude, bitter people. I saw a roach and took my sandal off to kill it and the woman act liked I hit her with the sandal and went off. They feel like they can talk to you like you are beneath them.
