HORRIBLE HORRIBLE this place needs to be shut down. They don't care about the individuals. They let them fall out of bed, starve them, don't listen to the family request. Very rude staff. Head administrator dresses horrible for her position. When family asks for medical records, they falsified records and refuse to give records. If you care at all for your loved one DONT send them here. This place is hell.

I’ve been coming into The Mulberry as a community partner for some time, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in how the facility is run since the change in leadership. The staff is more organized, welcoming, and engaged with residents and visitors. Every time I’ve stopped in to drop off donations for their big family events, the appreciation has been genuine and heartfelt. It’s clear they’re putting in the effort to create a positive environment for their residents and the community. Highly recommend and excited to continue partnering with them!

This facility is amazing. The care and staff are genuine. Leadership is attentive and the communication is excellent. 5 stars is not enough. Couldn't imagine any other place, that would provide the care, and attention to detail, as the Mulberry of Waverly does.

My family gets great care. The staff are sweet and fun. Treat my family as one of their own. Very clean. Highly recommend.

My mom was here and received horrible care. It took them weeks to get lab work , ua , no follow through with recommendations. Therapy was terrible when she was doing rehab . She became wheelchair bound . I’m the one that found her necrotic, cellulitic foot that went septic because it wasn’t caught soon enough . Staff never called you back or they hung up when transferring or just never answered phone . Her clothes were stolen and no reimbursement. I would never send a loved one there. She would tell me “you don’t know what’s happens here when your not here .”
