When they came they were good, but one time the aide was supposed to come to give me a shower. He didn't come and they said I was switched to once a week. The nurse was supposed to come at noon today and was another no show. They said it was scheduled for tomorrow. She called and is coming out later. I don't know what the deal is. They have good people, but bad communication I guess.

My husband has Alzheimer's and I recently broke my ankle. The VA contracted through Adara for home health care and it's been the worst experience of my life. No shows, miscommunication, people coming and overlapping visits. The CNA that is scheduled to shower and shave my husband does a great job, but she's done in 20 minutes and then hangs around until her hour is up. I didn't know I was going to have to entertain people. I have enough on my plate. Nurse was supposed to be here at 11. Just now called to apologize for not being here. Sara is the person in the office I've been dealing with and I cannot believe she holds the position she does. She has no clue as to what is going on. I have to say that all the people that came through our door were very good with my husband. I really think it's a management issue.

The staff at Adara Home Health were just fabulous. With our family members being across country and my 87 year old mother recovering from a Covid hospitalization, we needed a reliable, caring and knowledgeable health service to aid in complete care for her. Absolutely everyone was on top of her needs and communicated any concerns. We were able to have nursing, OT, PT, and Homemaking all from their staff attend to my mom in her town. I don’t know what we’d done without their care. I am glad that they are there for any future needs that may arise.
