I absolutely adore the Glenn and what they have done for my loved one. However. You have a staff member who I will not tolerate. Her erratic behaviors towards staff that I have witnessed is unacceptable. I apologize to any staff that has to work with Heather. You shouldn’t have to put up with that kind of ABUSE. Makes me wonder what my loved one puts up with. -j. concerned customer.
