Ive lived in this place six years, and I'm sure I would never find a better place. The food, cleanliness, courtesy, and helpfulness, could never be better. Carson is the best cook I could ever hope for in a facility like this, Eva is the kindest administrator. I can't imagine anybody better.

havenwood of Buffalo is a great place for your loved ones, it’s very well kept, amazing staff, and the maintenance director goes above and beyond for not only the building but for the residents as well. I highly recommend Havenwood of Buffalo to anyone looking for a beautiful, caring place to live!!

We recently toured this facility and were blown away! The facilities are clean and well maintained, all staff we encountered were friendly (especially the concierge, Joann- what a doll!!!), and it seemed like there were numerous amenities for the residents to enjoy. It easily went to the top of our list as the most viable option that we would feel the most confident having our family member live at.

What a great facility. The tour was amazing and really showcased all this amazing place has to offer. Joann was a delight. The perfect mix of professional but fun and had us laughing the entire time. She’s a great “face” of the facility and the perfect peek into the daily interactions all will receive if able to have a chance to live in this great place. This is top on our list.

As a Hospice Consultant in the Buffalo area, I have the privilege of getting an inside perspective into all of the supportive living communities and nursing facilities. I can attest that this community is more than a place to live- it is a place to call HOME and have FAMILY surrounding you. The staff are attentive, fully invested, and strive to bring a high quality of care & life of those who reside at Havenwood. They are accommodating & respectful of each residents specific/unique needs. This community was thoughtfully designed from the start. It has tons of natural light, meticulously clean, a variety of activities to engage residents, and so many friendly & smiling faces when you visit. Anyone who is considering Havenwood should not hesitate. You (or your loved one) will be well supported and cared for here.
