This is a wonderful place they treat you like family are caring I have had Active day for two and a half years love the staff my caregiver is excellent my caseworker is excellent Christina is very caring everyone is wonderful to the patients if anyone out there looking for a place like a home health center Active day is the best in Kentucky I would highly recommend Active day in Hopkinsville KY

This is a amazing place! The staff is one of the best I have ever met. My family member loves it and so do I. It’s clean and they take others health seriously. I would Recommend Active Day to anyone that need this service.
