This place is terrible! I have someone I love that lives there. It breaks my heart seeing that these people that stay there with this mice infested place. They have let the mice problem get out of control. They are in the clothes running across the counters and in the food! You can hear the mice in the wall scurrying around. Mice poop all over the place. Theres baby mice being found! My loved one is a clean person and has done everything possible including the money that has been spent trying to get them out of her room. Ypu actually have to keep everything in beans with lids to keep the mice out! Its gross! Management has been informed of it and they do nothing. They have elderly living in these conditions. If something isn't done for these folks I'm going to start making calls until something is done.

Staff cares and are good people, but they care to a point. I've had several residents report missing items with locked doors, and things rearranged in their apartments. When reported, residents are told they don't have time to check the cameras, and that there is nothing they can do. There's no reinforcement of the rules on residents. The ones breaking the rules go unpunished, while the ones who are reporting the issues get looked at as troublemakers for reporting the issues. Most of the residents don't know how to leave a Google review. Please, before sending your loved one here, sit and talk to the other residents without staff present. They will tell you a different story than the one being sold.
