Affordable income - based pricing which is the most important factor at this facility. Having the option to make ONE payment for All you required responsibilities and necessities, without having to leave the complex. Such a relief knowing that you don' t have to run around to several places to pay at different facilities. There are friendly staff that is available Always willing and ready to assist Anyone with Any concerns. The complex is kept very neat and clean inside, also very organized. Everything is well taken care of, which adds a comfortable pleasant atmosphere. They offer several things for their tenants each month. Passing out a monthly calendar with everything schedule each day for that entire month, to have time to plan and sign up for. They have reliable shuttle buses to transfer tenants to and from to different events, activities and road trips.

Don't do it if you want a peace of mind. The management/office personnel will try to "run your life". You are told what you can and not have in your apartment. They treat you like you are children. They have "favorites"..if they like you, you'll get treated a little better. The Service Coordinator has a serious "bad" attitude. The Service Coordinator can "evict" you, instead of the manager. The Service Coordinator is more like the manager. Regarding the handicap parking, you must move your car every week to allow someone else to park. The office personnel will give you forms to complete, that are not part of your lease. You should always question what they give/tell you. Trash rooms are filthy and remain for long periods of time, only to have tenant(s) remove the trash instead of office personnel. Your personal records or information is not confidential. Office personnel, share your information with inside/outsiders. Beware! Beware! If you love your "seniors", avoid this place. I lived there and know people who do and they are very unhappy.

My Mother has been living at Friendship House for 10 years. She loves her apartment. We are very happy with the safety and security at Christian Care Communities property. Added bonus the staff are friendly and helpful!

We were struggling with finding our aunt a place to stay that would work with her budget and stay allow her to be completely independent! We are so thankful for the wonderful staff at the friendship house especially Kim F . Kim was very helpful and patient. She was by our side every step of the way. Our aunt has been living there now for two months and Absolutely loves it. She always lived in the country and was a little nervous, Kim amazing with making her feel at home. We now have a wonderful extended family with the great staff at the friendship house! We can not thank you enough for the peace of mind we have give us by welcome our aunt with open arms! Thank you Kim!

I've been living at Friendship House for 4 months. I absolutely love it. My little place is perfect. It's so quite. I'm living in a tree house!! The staff is caring & like my family. I'm so grateful God led me here. Thank you Christian Communities for providing an outstanding place to live here in Hopkinsville!!
