I can not say enough positive things about this company. They go above and beyond for their patients care and those family members who have the stressful job of caring for them. Patrice who answers the phone is patient, kind and aways helps in any way she can. Whomever she relays the messages too are the also the same way. A company with professionalism, integrity, and superior customer service!
Thank you for always having my back abd mostly importantly, Albert's health!
Kathy

After 3 weeks being out of the physical rehabilitation facility, and 3 nurses who NEVER had supplies for my wound care, I had enough. Also was told there was no available physical therapist or occupational therapist available…. Again AFTER 3 weeks. Everytime I spoke to someone in the office they “ were going to look into it”
How does a nurse r treat your wounds if you don’t have the supplies. Very disappointing.
