Regarding the previous post, my Cousin gets very good care at Acura. She has a very nice room. They moved her across from the nurses station so that they could keep a closer eye on her because she is very independent and does not like to call for help. They positioned her bed so they could see her when they walk by. If she wants to watch tv she can while in her wheelchair. She does spend a lot of time in her wheelchair leaning back because they don’t want her to fall forward. At their encouragement and concern we have ordered her a new wheelchair fitted for her. The staff are very kind to her and what I like is the fact that there’s lots of staff. The meals are good and I know that because I’ve ate a couple of them with her.

My mom called them asking about the LPN classes they have if she works as a CNA and they said they dont have that when the Goverment has been sending them funds. The lady she spoke with was very rude and alot of people quit their bc they can't take how that place if run. They said little children run it instead of adults. I hope they get their stuff together before they get shut down. Anyone who leaves their family member in tgis place should be ashamed of themselves.
