My wife, Cynthia, was diagnosed with Dementia in June 2024. In May 2025 Cindy was accepted into Accord Hospice of Manhattan, KS. Her assigned nurse, Jesse, & her assistant worked professionally & with loving care with my wife. Mostly letting me know what was going on with Cindy. When I could not care for her at home, they assisted me in getting her into a nursing home, from the end of June 2025 to her passing on May 12, 2025. The above team continued to work with Cindy & I, even in the nursing home. Nurse Jesse & Sarah showed such love and care while caring for Cindy. Absolutely fantastic. Caring, considerate, and very proactive. They did a fantastic job of caring for my wife's mother! I can not rate as 6 stars or I would. They take care of literally everything you could need or think of needing.

Before my mom lost her ability to communicate, she truly enjoyed the visits from the Accord Hospice nurses and the activities they did together. She had previously been under Accord’s care, so when her health declined again, we knew we wanted to return to them. I cannot praise the hospice nurses highly enough—they are truly ‘called’ to this work and were simply amazing. My sister and I were especially grateful for the support they provided to both of us during such a difficult time. The Aftercare service was also very reassuring and informative. I would wholeheartedly recommend Accord Hospice to anyone in need of compassionate care.

The nurses and everyone at accord hospice in Manhattan were very helpful. They worked with us on anything we needed. They were very thoughtful and respectful of us and my wife. Couldn’t have had a better group. A very caring group. I would highly recommend them. Donna and Vanessa were very caring with my wife.

My wife and I would like to express our deepest appreciation and thanks to Accord Hospice for the wonderful care Donna’s aunt received. Everyone was very thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and professional. We would like to give a special thank you to her nurses Susan and Christina, we appreciated the loving care and attention you gave her. We are also very grateful for the emotional and spiritual counseling provided by a chaplain Linda and social worker Tammy. The Aftercare follow-up call received from Carol was very informative and reassuring. Thank you again to everyone who helped and supported us through this difficult time.
