If you care anything about your love ones, you will not send them here, they overdosed my father Narcan had to be given, the place itself is filthy, the bed they had him laying on was disgustingly filthy, stained with body fluids, there was bugs on the floor in different parts of the facility, and one particular hallway you walk down it smells like nothing but urine overwhelming, I wouldn’t send an enemy to this place, they truly should not be in business, also they gave my father a defective tray that they put the food on, they claimed they didn’t have another one, this place is horrible.I.D.P.H. Shut this place down!!!

I was there visiting a few times, I never sat down because I wasn't sure that I should. Every time I came there was the smell of urine, floors in the rooms that I passed by was not clean. People's family members are there living like that. Accolade you should be ashamed.

I wouldn’t even give this place any stars, if you care for your loved ones DO NOT let them go here!! My mom was in here for all most 2 years. She passed away in sep, after her telling them for days she didn’t feel good they finally decided to take her to the hospital, nobody contacted us, and they also told the hospital she didn’t have any contacts LIE . A couple days had passed and I hadn’t heard from her and had been blowing up her phone. I was finally able to get up and go there (I was down from having knee surgery). And they wouldn’t tell me anything acted as they didn’t know who myself or my kids were, she wasn’t in her room I decided to start calling hospitals and I found out she was in icu and was unresponsive they had to revive her in the er part . I never was able to talk to anyone in charge just a cna I left many messages and called many times and when I went there at the time was told manager was in meetings and again left name and number. Needless to say she passed . When I went back to get her things stuff was stolen and missing her tablet which had pictures and things I can never get back, her wallet and so many other important things. Again when I wanted to speak to someone I got someone that wasn’t even a higher up like they claimed. They treat people like crap. You see people sitting in the hall way needing help and they do nothing. There was one great cna nurse there from the life of me I can’t think of her name that did actually care about my mom and others. So I wouldn’t give it any stars and I for sure wouldn’t send anyone I love there or anyone for that matter!

Accolade in Peoria is phenomenal. They helped rehab my mom after her surgery and got her back home in no time. I highly recommend them!
