When my father unexpectedly needed care, Andy and the team at Accessible Home Health Care of St. Louis were incredible. Andy personally jumped into action and was able to arrange caregivers for my dad in less than 24 hours, which was a huge relief during a very stressful time for our family. The caregivers provided companionship, support, and peace of mind when we needed it most. My dad felt much more comfortable and secure knowing someone was there with him, and that made a tremendous difference in his recovery and overall well-being. I am especially grateful for Andy’s responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my father’s needs. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about the people they serve. I highly recommend Accessible Home Health Care of St. Louis to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate care for a loved one. Thank you, Andy, and the entire team!

TLDR: I recommend Accessible Home Health Care and think St. Louis is lucky to have a company with such great people. We hired Accessible Home Health Care in 2023 when my dad became unable to stand or get out of bed on his own. Andy was kind and helpful from the very first time I spoke with him. The caregivers he sent to my parents’ home were kind and helpful. When my dad transitioned from cancer treatments to hospice care at home, Andy and all of the caregivers were amazing. After my dad died, we needed someone to be with my mom 24/7 due to her medical conditions, so Andy and the caregivers he employs continued to provide care for her. My mom has a lot of anxiety and Andy and Abigail worked to ensure she had caregivers she was used to and comfortable with. It has been about two years since the first caregivers from Accessible Home Health Care began caring for my dad, and I know without a doubt my brothers and I would have never been able to provide the level of care ourselves (at least not with as much patience and kindness). If you’re looking for care for a loved one, I definitely recommend giving Andy a call.

Accessible Home Health Care came aboard at the right time and helped our mother around the clock by coming to her aid on a consistent basis daily and overnights as well. It gave the family a sense of security and confidence, knowing that eyes and ears were on her and helping with a variety of tasks until she remarkably regained her strength and mobility after several months. . Andy Schenck, owner, guided the ship and kept things moving as smoothly as possible through a number of rough waves from January through April. From our entire family, thank you for your communication and service!

Andy Schenck with Accessible Home Health Care of St. Louis and I worked together to provide care to a client we shared. The caregivers he provided were professional and compassionate and he really went above and beyond to make sure each caregiver was the right fit and got along well with the client. There were many times Andy was needed in and out of business hours and he always made himself and his team available for anything that was needed. I look forward to working with Accessible Home Health Care of St. Louis again, and there are not many agencies people can say that about:)
