Used to be that they were eager to meet the needs of their clients. Now, they are no longer allowing their care givers to meet those needs. Every person has unique needs.

Very Unprofessional Caregiver by the name of Alma at this agency. This caregiver just quit during Labor Day Weekend. Did not give me any indication or notice that this was going to happen. My mother that is at end stage of life was getting caregiving services from this agency. Very outraged by the way everything was handled. When I called the agency to find out what happened. They told me there is no replacement to give my mother. I had to notify my workplace and having to take time off from work to care for my mother. I do not recommend this agency if you are In need of dependable caregivers. There was no empathy as to what they are putting us through.
