I recently visited a friend who was at Haven for short term recovery. This facility has a very friendly and helpful staff. It was immaculately clean and attractive. There seem to be plenty of activities for the guests to enjoy and the guests seemed to be reasonably happy. I was especially impressed by a young man named Derek who was chatting with my friend when we walked in. Derek was pleasant and appears to have a good rapport with the guests at Haven. All in all, 5 stars for all the staff and the facility!

I was in haven health of sierra vista visiting my neighbor and wow! Haven is such a beautiful facility and so clean! The care that is being provided and how friendly everyone is. I was visiting and Cassie the office manager came in to just see how she was doing and how her stay with haven has been so far. That was the first time that I have experienced something like this. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and can see how much she really cares. All of the staff have been so wonderful and provide such great care. I can’t recommend haven enough from the nursing staff to the housekeepers to the management staff.

I have worked in many healthcare settings and Haven Health Sierra Vista is by far the best! The staff truly care about the residents and patients as well as each other and it shows! The facility is absolutely beautiful after a very recent remodel. I personally have family needing long term care soon and they will be staying at Haven. I would recommend Haven to anyone and everyone needing skilled nursing, long term care, or placement for hospice.

My mother recently spent some time at Haven of Sierra Vista. The staff's attentiveness was exceptional, particularly Monique (RN) Melonie (RN), Todd (PT), John (CNA), Beth (Case Manager) and Sam (Wound Care Nurse). Their dedication significantly contributed to my mom's recovery. The facility maintained high cleanliness standards, providing a comfortable healing environment. Most importantly, the therapy was effective- my mom progressed from immobile to walking with a walker, greatly enhancing her independence.
