My brother was transferred from Canyon Vista Medical Center and stayed at Life Care Center of Sierra Vista after his stroke, and I’m so grateful for the care he received. Everyone was kind, patient, and truly cared about his recovery. Big shout-out to Debbie, CNA, and Sarah, CNA — they were both amazing and made sure he was always comfortable. I don’t remember the name of his therapist, but she was awesome and really pushed him to keep going, even on the tough days. The facility was always clean when I visited — no odors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They were also very hospitable toward me and even offered me a plate during his meals, which meant a lot. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I know how hard it can be to find good care. Life Care Center of Sierra Vista truly went above and beyond for my brother and our family. Update: Tom had to return to Life Care for a few weeks and the quality of care is still top notch.

The staff is beyond great! They made my husband safe and happy the worked tireless to give him a great deal of care they even got his diabetes under control thankyou all we will be friends forever grateful!❤

I recently spent time at Life Care Center of Sierra Vista during a marketing photo session and was very impressed. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The residents appeared comfortable and well cared for. It left me with a very positive impression overall.

I had a very nice visit with my neighbor and much of that was because of the very pleasant atmosphere and the caring people that work there!!! They were all very nice and I also noticed they were very kind to the patients as well!! I also enjoyed the nice, neat and clean, calm environment!! My friend told me that the meals were really good, and the vegetables were actually fresh, cooked which she enjoyed!! Thank you ALL for caring and helping!!

If you love YOUR FAMILY DO NOT GO THERE . MY 97 YEAR OLD DAD WENT THERE AND NO ONE CHECKED ON HIM. CHECKED IN MONDAY, Tuesday he fell and busted his head open. Back to ER for stiches. Came back with black eye. They first told us we could not stay there. After the fall they said we had to have 24 hour care for him. They never checked on him during the day. We had to go find help all day. Didnt clean his room for 5 days!! I would bag the trash and put it in hall way. I would put have to go ask for clean towels and bedding. They wouldn't throw trash in hall till late in the day. I HAD TO ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEOME WHO SAID THEY WOULD HANDLE IT AND IT WASN'T ACCEPTABLE. NURSES NEVER LOOKED UP FOR FIRST 3 TO 4 DAYS WHEN WE NEEDED HELP. THEY SAID OK I WILL FIND SOMEONE. PATIENTS ASK TO BE TAKEN OUTSIDE FOR FRESH AIR. THEY WONT THEY SAY THEY ARE TO BUSY. HAVE NO IDEA DOING WHAT. I GOT MY DAD OUT AS FAST AS I COULD. THEY TOLD ME I HAD NO BUSINESS WALKING HIM. I SAID DAD IF U WANT TO GO HOME YOU NEED TO WALK. THANK GOD HE IS HOME.
