I had a phone interview with Marcela Garcia. I thought everything went well, I moved forward with the hiring process went for a physical where Marcella sent me, I did not pass and I knew it was odd I mentioned to her this was incorrect as I’m completely capable of preforming what is asked I’ve never not passed a physical. She denied me employment. Moving forward she later on calls me (two times) I still have her voice mail she tells me people have not been passing Physicals and asked me if I can return her call so we can see if I can be elegible for employment since they are failing too many people. I called her texted her left her voice mail, and still no reply. I have given her respect and would not waste her time and expected the same in return. Common courtesy would have been returning a call, as you stated you would do. I hope this is looked in to because this means this company is UNRELIABLE.

Avoid this agency at all costs!! The first day with them and first care person they sent me stole from me big time!! She ripped a couple checks from a book in an office drawer and cashed them in her name in only 2 hours in my house. This was to the tune of $2100!! Including changing one of the checks from $500 to $800 and redepositing it! She had only been on the job 4 months and recently from Mexico. Why I got her I have no idea. I have had to open a new checking account and update all my automatic transactions! Accent claims ignorance! Watch your back with caregivers there are some bad apples!

I would give AccentCare ZERO stars if possible. They seem more concerned with suppressing negative reviews on Google than providing genuine care. As a paralyzed stroke survivor needing extensive assistance, I've found they prioritize profit over creating a safe, supportive environment. Instead of ensuring proper care and level of assistance, they opt for minimal effort. To make matters worse, when my daughter advocated on my behalf for my safety and adequate assistance, they unjustly accused her of misconduct. If you or your loved one e require reliable, compassionate and appropriate care, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
