Management is unprofessional and does not respect employee availability. They schedule you outside of your stated availability and then remove you from shifts when you cannot work them. Communication is poor, I also have my number and they ignored or better yet I told them I called the office no answer they responded with “u didn’t call the right number apparently” and the work environment is negative. I would not recommend working here.

Don’t ever work here. They hire you and ask for your hours once u tell them they try to make u work those days then take u off the schedule well out the group chat that announces shifts . I haven’t received a text in 2 months even after texting them with my new phone number.

Their care giving and home heath services are excellent. However, I will not be using them again because their billing service is horrible. I have dealt with a bill from a 2/15/24 date of service. I signed up for auto pay. I got a bill a month later. Tried to call and pay, but they were having problems, called the next day and they took the information. Then got another bill a month later. Called again and they took the information and send an email receipt. Then today 5/23/24, I get a delinquent letter in the mail!! They said it was sent 4/12/24 and to disregard. The mail service is bad but not that bad…over a month to get from CA to TN?? Even though the caregivers and home health are excellent, I won’t use them again because of the billing service.

My Ratings: Physical Therapy ZERO out of 10! Given a paper handout with a few exercises on the 1st visit, showed me how to do them on my bed, said they were for relieving anxiety - Useless!! She sat on the sofa the whole visit chatting - every visit. So sweet, but No help. WHY NO portable PT TABLE?! A waste of my time and misery!! Occupational Therapy TEN out of 10! So helpful, amazing!! Philip & Anna Beth deserve metals, raises and they both have my utmost respect and devotion. Nurse RN - EIGHT out of 10! Very helpful with nutritional guidance, one of the areas I need help the most. So sweet. Social Worker - SEVEN out of 10 (2visits) Helpful beyond words

This has been the most wonderful experience in the entire process of all the procedures I’ve been through - from hospitalization to surgery to home. The care from all of the Guardian staff has been exceptional. I’ve met many of their wonderfully skilled people and could not ask for better and nicer and qualified staff. This is coming from someone who has never received home health care in my 57 years. But if I ever had to receive home health care Guardian is the one I’m requesting. I can’t brag about their personal enough. Awesome!!!
