After some disappointments with a different home health care agency, I searched nearby agencies and their respective reviews. Based upon ACC Avon’s reviews, I decided to interview them and thought that they would be able to meet the needs of our elderly family member. We have utilized the ACC Avon agency for about a year now. Below are our observations: 1) The staffing office has been promptly responsive to any questions / changes in service needs. 2) Keeping a small, consistent group of caregivers who know the client’s care needs can always be a challenge with any agency, given staffing limitations. However, the ACC Avon agency has been able to maintain this consistency for our family member. 3) ACC Avon agency’s caregiver has been able to conscientiously address each of the ADL limitations our family member has experienced. I would recommend this agency to others, without hesitation.

Meghan is absolutely wonderful to work with. I had changes every other week it seemed because my mom at age 94 was difficult. A couple of the gals that would care for my mom were absolutely wonderful. Very rarely were they late to visit my mom and if they were it was because of the prior client they had…. They would let me know so I could relay the message to mom. My mom needed company even though she fought me on it. It was very helpful. Their staff does a wonderful job coming into probably most often a hostile environment of elderly that don’t want them there. Thank goodness we connected with a really good agency!

I can't thank ACC Home Care enough for the amazing care they provided for my mother. Our aide was vital in keeping our mom out of the hospice facility and in the comfort and familiarity of her own home. Her aide treated our mom like she was their own mom with care and compassion. My mom's final days were filled with round the clock expert care and a professionalism I doubt I would have found elsewhere. Very highly recommended.

Maneuvering through Home care is such a challenging stage of life . I can not even say enough good things about ACC and Megan . We were in crisis with one parent and had just dipped into home care for the other parent when I needed to go to coverage 5 days a week. We have been so pleased with the care from everyone. ( We have a parent with dementia) And all have been so patient . I live out of town so having this peace of mind has truly been a gift . Thank you ACC for your incredible care .

Having Acc Home Care has been a breath of fresh air. We have been with their agency since January for my dad that was diagnosed dementia. They have been reliable, patient, and compassionate with his care. I am pleased with the aids they have sent out. The reliability and having never missed a scheduled shift has given me peace of mind with being able to work. My family and I wanted to keep him at home and out of a nursing home, and ACC made it possible. We really appreciate all the hard work and amazing care. Thank you.
