Placing my mom at Abundant Life Elderly Care was one of the hardest decisions I ever made. For all the adult children out there, that have found themselves being the parent to our parents you know these decisions come with a reasonable amount of guilt along with questioning if the decision was the right one.<br><br>Mom's onset of dementia and its progression made it difficult for me to physically and mentally (quite frankly) care for her.<br><br>I have a friend whose sister-in-law was a resident there, and her praise for Abundant Life Elderly Care was of great comfort to me. And I was able to see this firsthand.<br><br>Abundant Life Elderly Care is a beautiful home. It's clean and spacious. They truly care about all their residents. They are able to provide individual attention as well know the specific needs of each of their residents. The caregivers they have helping also come with compassion, warmth and caring. Mom may not have known anyone's name, but she certainly had a smile on her face when they playfully interacted with her and helped her.<br><br>From the beginning of her stay to the end of life, I was comforted in knowing my mom received the best care possible. There is true love in Abundant Life Elderly Care and their expertise in dementia and other healthcare matters really shows in their interactions with those who stay there.<br><br>I highly recommend them for the personalized care they provide.<br><br>Tracy

I would highly recommend Abundant Life Elderly Care to anyone seeking a very clean, safe, organized, caring and supportive place for their loved one. The home is a beautiful, warm and cozy place. I had truly enjoyed visiting with my sister-in-law over the 2 1/2 years she was there. They took great care of her and she so enjoyed Emanuel and Monica’s youngest (Jason) at the time. It was always such a family atmosphere for her. I now have a very dear friend here and it makes me feel so happy to see how well she is treated and the exceptional care she is receiving.<br>Emanuel, Monica and their staff are truly dedicated to making sure every resident is treated as family and how they look after each of their special needs.

Monica, Emanuel and their team took care of my Mom with through several stages of her life with so much care and respect. Their home is immaculate and warm and cozy at the same time. I knew as soon as I walked in that this is where my Mom should live. They made the process of her passing so much easier for our family and we will be forever grateful.

Our family is very grateful for the excellent personal care our mom is receiving. She is kept clean and fresh. Staff are kind and thoughtful. She loves the fresh cooked food and conversations with staff and residents. She feels safe and knows people are there for her.<br>Monica and Emmanuel are easy to work with very helpful. We can't imagine a better situation for mom.

(a) Agency: MyLivingChoice LLC (MyLivingChoice.com), 8705 N. Cypress Ct, Kansas City, MO 64156, (816) 226-7772.

(b) Client: the person sending this request.

(c) Fees: you pay us nothing. If you move into a community we introduced you to, that community pays us a referral fee computed as a percentage of your first month's rent and care charges, invoiced to the community after you move in. If you ask, we will tell you the amount of the fee for any community we refer you to.

(d) Services: MyLivingChoice is a free service that helps families find senior living. We gather a short intake about the care needed, suggest communities that appear able to meet those needs, and introduce you to the ones you choose. For you specifically, we will introduce you to Abundant Life Elderly Care, Inc. and share with it your name, contact details and the care needs you described, nothing more.

(e) We will never ask you to waive any claim for loss of personal property or injury, or any right you have under state or federal law.

(f) We work with both you and the community in the same transaction: the community pays us, and we are introducing you to it. To obtain or share confidential health care information about the person who needs care we need your authorization, which you give for the communities named above by acknowledging this statement.

(g) Tours: we do not tour communities as a matter of course. Our information comes from the community itself, its state licence record and public sources. We have not toured Abundant Life Elderly Care, Inc..

(h) You may stop using our service, or switch to another referral agency, at any time and for any reason, with no penalty and no cancellation fee.

(i) Refunds: because you pay us nothing, there is nothing to refund to you. If a community pays us a fee for your placement and the resident dies, is hospitalized or moves to another setting for more appropriate care within the first thirty days after admission, we refund the community a prorated share of the fee for the days not used, as RCW 18.330.090 requires.

(j) Complaints about a referral agency may be filed with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division (Consumer Resource Center), 800 5th Ave, Suite 2000, Seattle, WA 98104-3188, 1-800-551-4636 in Washington, 1-206-464-6684 from outside the state, https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

(k) Neither MyLivingChoice nor anyone who works on referrals for it, nor their immediate family members, has any ownership interest in any community we refer families to.
