Abrio Home Care what can I say hmm. Well here goes. I have been an employee of Abrio Home Care now for around years. That in itself says a lot. So let's be totally honest, nothing in life is perfect, there are always things to nit-pick at, things that do not please everyone all of the time. So yes there will be ups and downs as with everything in life. But the one thing I will say is ... the managers in my local areas of Prescott and Cottonwood are phenomenal, like I said problems and issue will and do occurred, sadly its part of life. For the most part everything runs smoothly and effectively, but is issues do arise these ladies (there have been male manager/s) do their utmost = 110% to ensure the issues are resolved and that solutions are found, more often these issues are computer based, and we all know how wonderful computer systems are when they work correctly 😀. On A personal level these ladies are approachable, understand, kind, caring and ultimately supportive, which as a care giver when life brings stresses, which sadly it does, these ladies are awesome, and go above and beyond to provide support and find solutions. So if you are looking for a company to provide in Home care services, or looking to work in the home care sector, if you can pass the background checks, complete the training required ... you can't go wrong, in my personal experience with Abrio Home Care.

It is pleasure working with the ladies at the Prescott Valley office. They sure are knowledgeable and take care of whatever questions and problems I might have. They are professional and treat you with the most respect. I'm happy to work with my client, the match up is perfect. I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

Abrio is not only the BEST home care I have worked for since my husbands stroke, they also REALLY care about who they match up with their clients! I also appreciate that they are great with communication.

2 of the 3 caregivers that help with my husband have been a very good experience. The third slept more than my husband and did not do as I asked of her for his care. The office has a major problem with communication. If your caregiver isn’t going to show they do not inform you and you’re lucky to get a replacement. They also say they will call you back with a solution but don’t. I called today and Michelle said she would call me back. She did not and left. This is not the first time this has happened to me. So disappointed.

Our family lost our mother that was very dedicated to Our mentally challenge sister, We all work but wanted a caregiver to take our sister out 2 x a week to get her out for walks, Shopping ect… We all were so happy to find Abrio, The company promised! If a care giver could not make it they would contact us to let us know. Our sister has been through 3 different caregivers that did not show up within 2 months! no phone calls! We called the after number no answer. I have talked to the CEO!Supervisors, People in the office to let them know with this situation.Yesterday my sister was assigned to a new care giver she never showed up! I Talked to this caregiver she said she would pick my sister up on Sunday. No phone calls, My sister waited excited for her to show up. This has happened to her 3 times includes our sister waiting At her Work waiting for a caregiver to pick her up! . Even though we do pick our sister up for family time, She looks forward to go out with a caregiver, like the other girls!We are so disappointed with ABRIO! Not one person has called to talk about how Abrio can fix this situation. I would Not use Abrio for my family ! So many Promises, So many Excuses! Soo Many No Shows! No Training! The caregivers Supervisor Needs To be more involved!
