My 93-year old dad lived at Harmony for the past month until his death on 8/25/19. I couldn't be more thankful for the caring staff and wonderful environment for my dad to experience his last days. The residents are obviously from all walks of life but they live peacefully with each other and they all look out for each other. Really a loving environment. The owner spent time with my step-sister and I and listened to our concerns when we were trying to figure out what to do. Sergey's demeanor and perspective really gave me a good vibe. He's a solution seeker. The staff there are the real heroes. They are lovely, gentle, caring, selfless souls who helped give my dad safety and dignity in his last days. This experience changed my whole outlook on assisted living places. Giving 5 stars because they (the staff, owner, residents, and the sweet house dog) were so welcoming and sweet to my dad and to my family.

I just read the previous review, and I want to say that my experience has been quite different. I arranged for a 95-year-old friend to move in. The owner helped me furnish the room, providing a bed and bedding, a table, a chair, and a lamp, at no charge. I asked for a piano to be added to the facility, and within a month, there was a piano. I offered to set up a bird feeder to provide some visual interest, and the owner agreed, and covered the expenses. The owner has also waived a couple of house regulations to make my friend more comfortable, and he confers with me whenever he thinks there might be an issue. Additionally, he was instrumental in finding transportation to and from dialysis three times a week -- not an easy task. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that there is only one public space which is relatively small, so all the residents are in each other's company or in their rooms. But that goes with the "remodeled house" territory. Edit: IMO there is no resident as described in the previous review. I wonder if the reviewer is thinking about a different facility.
