I was searching for the best possible care for my elderly father when I came across Gentle Heart Adult Family Home. From the moment I met the owner, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and trust. She is an amazing, caring, and compassionate person, and she created such a wonderful first impression with both her home and the environment she provides. After meeting her and seeing the home, I enrolled my father as a resident. Since then, the care she has given him has been truly extraordinary. She treats my 80-year-old father with such kindness, patience, and compassion. It has been an absolute blessing for our family. I honestly don’t know what we would do without her support and the care she provides. Knowing my father is in a safe, loving environment gives our entire family peace of mind. My father is still there today and doing amazing. I have so much gratitude for Gentle Heart Adult Family Home. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care, I highly recommend it.

Our father has been with Aida for about 10 months now and all we can say is he is so well taken care of!!!! Aida is a caring, loving provider to our father. He is so happy and healthy! Aida provides a loving home, activities for the residents, and a kind, warm heart. She is patient, efficient, and goes above and beyond for her residents. We are so blessed to have found her and her home for our father!

We tried for months to get my mom here and were never able to because she kept ending up in an endless loop of hospital/rehab. So you might ask - why am I writing a review? I am writing to speak to the character of Aida. She is an angel in disguise. An amazing human being who literally went to visit my mom multiple times in the rehab place BEFORE SHE WAS EVER A RESIDENT!!!! I mean, who does that??? She is a generous, caring, loving, EXTRAORDINARY person. If she has availability and agrees to take you or your loved one (because yes, you will be interviewed) I would recommend you take advantage of it. I can't speak highly enough about this woman. Her home is beautiful, clean and the residents seemed happy. She will love your loved one fiercely on your behalf - so you can rest assured knowing they are in the best possible hands receiving the best possible care.
