My mother was just approved for services through the long-term care alliance. We've been calling for a week now to get her HHA (Health Care Assistance) form sent. It's April 10th, and services started on April 1st. We always get the same response: they'll call us back, but they never do. Apparently, they don't have enough staff available because they're either too late to get paid or they're doing everything they can to avoid paying them. San Nicolás del Peladero is nothing compared to these people.

THIS AGENCY IS HORRIBLE WITH THE PATIENTS. THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND AN HHA AND NO ONE SHOWS UP. THEY DO NOT EVEN PAY THEIR HHA WHAT THEY ARE OWED. IT'S A SHAME THAT THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS LACK OF RESPECT AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO AHCA.

The service is terrible. My mother is a hip replacement patient, and it's been a week waiting for her first therapy session. I had to call them for the evaluation because no one was showing up. The therapist only spent 10 minutes evaluating my mother—a disaster. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My 83 year old mother has recently needed home health assistance and I am so pleased with the service and care from A & A. Her care was about to end and I called with concerns because my mother is a fall risk. They sent a follow-up nurse and therapists to evaluate her. Her care for bathing assistance was extended! I am so thankful for all the staff at this health agency. I have so much peace of mind now knowing my mother is being assisted with her bath. Thank you A & A staff!!! You are true professionals with excellent service.
