I can't say better things about the nursing staff and rehab however, this company is horrible. The administrator treats the staff terribly. She may not think people are watching, but they are.

I had a loved one here, and every employee we encountered was truly wonderful. The entire team was empathetic, caring, and supportive throughout the experience. Their compassion made a difficult time more bearable, and we are incredibly grateful for the kindness shown to our family.

My father has been at Waterford for a little over a year. I visit him about three to four times a week. I am very pleased with the care that he receives, the staff is excellent, the nurses, assistants and the people who provide physical therapy. I also like the fact that if I have any questions I can reach out to the administration and they are always willing to acknowledge the family. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you Waterford for taking such good care of my father and from what I can see the other residents.
